If you take an olive and press it softly you are going to obtain the OLI NOU; an olive oil in a pure state that drags all olive essences as well as the sweet, fruity and with reminiscences of nuts and dried fruits and herbs taste.
We have bottled as the jet flows, without waiting to be poured to be sure that it conserves the particular taste of the olive pulp in suspension. Its aspect is turbid because if it was filtered it would lose its singularity. Over time, the pulp will pour naturally and when happening, you only need to shake the bottle and it will recover its original appearance.
